How can I contact Lewterra?

Yes, we're delighted to bring Lewterra's sparkle to homes around the world!

Where do you ship from?

Our lights are lovingly packaged and shipped from our workshop in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want to get your Lewterra lights to you as quickly as possible! Because of this, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.  Requests made after this time may not be possible as your order may already be in preparation.  However, you can always return your order for a full refund once you receive it, following our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We happily accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.  You can choose your preferred method at checkout!

When will my order be processed?

We know you're excited to receive your Lewterra lights! All orders are carefully handled and prepared for shipment from our workshop. Please allow a little extra time for processing during holidays and special promotion periods.  We typically process orders Monday through Friday.  Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the business day after processing is complete. Please note that our team takes well-deserved weekends off, so we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the wonderful popularity of Lewterra lights and our commitment to preparing each order with loving care, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipment. We promise the sparkle is worth the little wait!

What if I don't receive my order?

If your Lewterra lights haven't arrived within 30 days after the shipping date, please contact us at support@lewterra.com and we'll be happy to investigate and assist you.  If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and are tax-free. This means that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs office upon arrival.  These import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. Unfortunately, Lewterra is not responsible for these charges, nor are we responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country. For more specific information regarding potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely delighted with your Lewterra lights! If for any reason you wish to return an item, please email us at support@lewterra.com and we will guide you through our simple return process.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your Lewterra lights arrive in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know right away!  If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing pieces, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@lewterra.com as soon as possible.  To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and attach photographs of the item(s) and the packaging as received. We will do our very best to make things right as quickly as we can.

When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds as quickly as possible!  All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.  If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank after we've approved the refund. The processing time can vary depending on your bank.  For questions about when the credit will appear on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank directly.  If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, we recommend first contacting your bank or credit card company, as it may take a little time for the refund to be officially posted.  If you've checked with your bank and still haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@lewterra.com and we'll be happy to help further.
